For Booking
Our booking policy involves a 30% advance payment refundable to the total cost of the helicopter tour package. Once you send the booking amount and soft copy of your passport with a few other details, we will begin the booking process and confirm it. For the rest of the Everest Helicopter tour cost, you can pay us upon your arrival in Kathmandu (before the beginning of the tour). Or if you want to pay all in advance it is also possible.
We accept booking deposits through Credit Cards (Master Card or Visa and many more) or wire/bank transfers. Likewise, you can also pay the deposit through our website’s secure payment gateway. If you are in Kathmandu, you can use a cheque or cash for the payment. (Paying by card will cost a 4% extra Bank service charge)
Note:
i) Your card may be incurred with a certain percentage of the total amount while paying through a credit/debit card. This charge is taken by the respective bank, and we do not have anything to do with it.
ii) If the amount sent by you does not match the required numbers, then we request you clear it upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
For Cancelation
We understand that the guest can cancel the trip because of unseen events. At the same time, the Company can also cancel or postpone the trip because of circumstances like political disturbance, weather instability, riots, natural disasters, etc without prior notice.
If the trip gets canceled due to weather conditions 100 % refundable
The date on which the Company acknowledges the cancellation request defines the further cancellation charge.
